Recommended Dilutions and Directions for Use
Always rinse the pipelines and equipment with clean water and allow to dry for few minutes before the application of BAYCIP.
CIP Application:
Prepare the solution by mixing 100gm of BAYCIP in 40ltr of hot water. Allow the solution to circulate and run for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 76-80˚C.
Final Rinse:
The equipment must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water after every application of BAYCIP and before it is used again. It must be ensured that no trace of a chemical agent be allowed to get into milk.
Descaling:
Carryout regular checks on the equipment i.e., pipes, tubes, teat cup, etc. and undertake the necessary descaling following the cleaning. Always check integrity of rubber components and seals.
